Hockey Alberta and FMHA requires that one parent per registered family take the Respect in Sport-Parent course. This course is mandatory and can be taken as soon as your child is registered. This requirement must be met by November 15, 2018, or child will not be able to step on the ice after this date until it is completed. (Subject to change to an earlier date)
For those individuals who will be taking on a coaching role this season (head coach or assistant), it is required that you take the Respect in Sport-Coach course.

Games will consist of (3) 20/25 minute run time periods. There will be short breaks in between periods.
This level adheres to a 5 goal spread during games, meaning that no more than a 5 goal difference will be displayed on the score board.
There is a 3 goal "superstar" rule. This means that once a player has scored 3 goals during the game, any additional goals will not be recorded on the score board. This helps to promote teamwork, introduces passing concepts and allows greater opportunity for all player's to get creative with the puck.
